RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Regular Collection:

We have recently lowered the restocking fee on returns to our Regular Collection from 25% to 10%

We dye and cut our proprietary colorways in our studio and sew all of our items to order in small batches with a local team. Due to the hands on and labor intensive nature of our production process, we are only able to permit returns from our regular collection with a 10% restocking fee. 

Exchanges are permitted with no restocking fee and are eligible for 100% of their original credit, minus the initial shipping charge.

If an item does not fulfill your expectations, please notify us within seven days of item receipt to initiate a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if an item shows sign of wear, damage, odor or the request is submitted after seven days of item receipt.

In-Stock Collection:

All items purchased from our In-Stock collection are eligible for a full refund and will ship within 3 business days of item receipt, except for those items purchased at promotional or sale pricing.

Sale Items:

All items purchased at promotional, sale and sample sale pricing are non-refundable and final sale.

Custom & Rush Orders:

All custom orders and rush orders are non-refundable and final sale.

Return Shipping:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email for a return authorization prior to mailing your items at sales@mirandabennettstudio.com.

Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping may be completed with the buyer's preferred method, as long as tracking is elected. Once the item has been received, the return or exchange will be processed within 1-4 business days.

Rush orders and custom orders are non-refundable. Unfortunately, the initial shipment charge and return shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. Measurements have been provided for accurate fitting. We can not be responsible for variations in color of garments due to individual monitor color settings and variations, but we have taken great care to represent all colors and shapes accurately. 

  

SHIPPING 

For a limited time, we are $5 flat rate domestic shipping on all orders!

The initial shipping fee will be deducted from all returns and exchanges and return shipping remains the responsibility of the buyer.

Express shipping is available for $15 flat rate. Please note, only In-Stock Collection items are guaranteed to ship within 1-3 business days, even with the express shipping payment. All other items are subject to our 1-14 business day production time period. Please contact us at sales@mirandabennettstudio.com with any questions about item availability.

We offer Postmate Pick Up for In-Stock Collection items only, during select time frames. If you would like an item picked up by courier in Austin, Texas, please email us at sales@mirandabennettstudio.com for item availability.

Shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 internationally with a standard shipping method. 

While we keep many options in stock, some items will be made to order and may take 1-14 business days to process and ship. Email us if you need to know if an item is in stock: sales@mirandabennettstudio.com or if you would like a rush applied to your purchase. Rush items are non-refundable.  

For international orders, please allow 14-21 business days for delivery. Custom duties may apply – all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. By law, we are required to state the value of your order directly on the package. It is the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Please understand that we can’t be held responsible for delays occurring due to shipping provider, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.

GENERAL

Every item on our site is made and dyed by hand and color & pattern variations may and do occur, making every piece subtly one of a kind. 

Our apparel is one-size-fits-most and each hangs differently on unique bodies. The majority of our pieces fit sizes 0 - 10. Please visit our Size Chart for fit guidelines on specific garments and fabrications.
